Usually, the phone case may have a break in period, where multiple uses are needed to fully calibrate the screen.

If this does not help, other solutions are:

• Restart your phone to refresh the NFC reader
• Delete and redownload the provided app
• Toggle on and off your NFC reader in your phone's settings
• Ensure that no other radio waves are conflicting with the device

Please note that certain images work better than others and it is recommended to select images with higher contrast for the best results. Sometimes the case will be limited from vibrant colors. 1. Firstly, enable the NFC reader on your mobile device in settings (Newer phones usually have this feature enabled as default).
2. Inside the package of your new MORII case, a QR code will be provided, allowing you to easily find and download the required app from the app store.
3. Open the app and tap the photo album or the camera icon to take a new picture.
4. Finally, choose your image, adjust, and cast it to your case! It's that easy!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days to return & refund the item from the date you received it. Issues are usually solved in a case by case basis.

If you encounter any problems with your purchase such as if you received a damaged/defective item, a wrong item , or you are dissatisfied with the product, please reach out to us so we can make it right.

If the product is damaged or defective, please provide us with clear photos/videos so we can get it sorted with our supplier as soon as possible.
